Lecture notes for this term are available online as PDF files, and as Web pages. The Web version was created by exporting the MS Powerpoint files and probably works best with Internet Explorer (but I have tested it with Firefox).
Some of the notes may be changed throughout the term, or supplemented with additional material. I will announce in class when revisions or additions have been made.
